Slush Machine Hire

Please note: Prices do not include VAT

If your venue is located within the London Congestion Charge zone, this cost will be added to the hire price – £18.

Parking charges will also apply where relevant and are typically £15 per hour. Please note that parking time is calculated as one hour before the booking start time and one hour after the booking end time.

If free parking is not available, these charges will be added to the final invoice. Alternatively, you may provide a free parking space suitable for our van, which measures approximately 2.8 metres in height and 17 feet in length.

Prices are based on a 3 hour staffed hire:

Machine with up to 150 servings of any 2 flavours – £270 plus VAT
Machine with up to 200 servings of any 2 flavours – £290 plus VAT
Machine with up to 250 servings of any 2 flavours – £310 plus VAT

Should you take any other service on the same date and the same time the price is reduced to:

Machine with up to 150 servings of any 2 flavours – £200 plus VAT
Machine with up to 200 servings of any 2 flavours – £220 plus VAT
Machine with up to 250 servings of any 2 flavours – £250 plus VAT

Additional Hours £70 plus VAT

We can also dry hire the Slush Machines with no member of staff:

We will provide you with the machine, the syrup cups and the straws and you can manage the machine yourself. This is a cheaper option

The 3 panels of the Ice Cream Bar can be branded. The main panel on the front costs £200 plus VAT on it’s own, inclusive of the artwork. To brand the side panels will cost an additional £100 plus VAT per panel.
