Hot Chocolate Hire
Please note: Prices do not include VAT
If your venue is located within the London Congestion Charge zone, this cost will be added to the hire price – £18.
Parking charges will also apply where relevant and are typically £15 per hour. Please note that parking time is calculated as one hour before the booking start time and one hour after the booking end time.
If free parking is not available, these charges will be added to the final invoice. Alternatively, you may provide a free parking space suitable for our van, which measures approximately 2.8 metres in height and 17 feet in length.
Our Hot Chocolate Bar is available to hire and includes:
- Original Cadburys Hot Chocolate
- Cadburys flakes
- Mini marshmallows
- Whip cream
- Chocolate Dusting
- Belgian chocolate buttons
- One 20 litre urn
- 2 x 5 Litre Hot chocolate Machines
- One member of staff
- Cups we use are 8oz
- Disposable spoons
- 2 hours serving time
- Roughly 140 Hot Chocolates
COST £440 plus VAT
We can stay longer and serve more at an additional cost.
A vegan option is also available at an additional cost.
Each additional serving of Hot Chocolate is £2.75.
Additional Hours £70 plus VAT.
With this bar we can also provide you with Tea and or Coffee for an additional cost.
The 3 panels of the Ice Cream Bar can be branded. The main panel on the front costs £200 plus VAT on it’s own, inclusive of the artwork. To brand the side panels will cost an additional £100 plus VAT per panel.
We will need at least 2 meters of space to accommodate our Station/Cart also a standard plug socket.
